As we welcome students back to Evans Hall, the What Matters To You Matters panel sets the tone for the path ahead. In a culture where it is so easy to compare yourself to others and follow the wave, it is important to remember to trust your instincts and stick to your values; because they matter! Your path is your path; my path is mine.
Meet the Yale SOM early career degrees
We are excited to welcome 140 new students as part of these unique one-year master degree programs offered at Yale SOM. Students in these programs bring global experience and are at Yale SOM to build their skillset and launch their careers.
- Early career students learning the application of data science and quantitative techniques to investment decisions
- Less than five years previous work experience
- Recruiting for school year internships and full-time analyst or quantitative roles
Master’s Degree in Global Business & Society
- Have earned – or are concurrently earning – a Master in Management from a partner international business school
- Less than three years previous work experience
- Recruiting for full-time masters or early career experienced hire roles
Master’s in Technology Management
- Exclusive to Yale College’s graduating engineering students with a focus on building business and leadership skills
- Less than one year previous work experience
- Recruiting for full-time early career roles
