- Average nearly 5 years previous work experience
- Recruiting for MBA summer internships and full-time roles
- Students admitted directly from undergraduate into the two-year full-time MBA program
- Take a minimum one-year gap between academic years for work
- Recruit for MBA and early career summer internships, full-time early career roles, or a combination of both to enhance their professional experiences during the program
- Recruit for full-time MBA and experienced hire roles
- Have earned – or are concurrently earning – an MBA from a partner business school
- Seven years average previous work experience
