Why the change?
- Provides students choice of focused lists of industries and functions of interest
- Allows employers to pull a more accurate resume book when filtering by preferred industry and function
- Pairs with 12Twenty algorithms used to provide suggestions on the All job postings and Events landing pages, making sure you see a more comprehensive list of suggested job posting and events relevant to your interests
- Resolves issues in Research Tools that previously made the Industry and Function filters challenging to use
