Interview with multiple employers at the 2025 East Coast Virtual MBA Interview Forum

Yale SOM has joined the graduate business schools at Cornell, Duke, Dartmouth, and UVA to co-host the 2025 East Coast Virtual MBA Interview Forum on Friday, February 14, 2025. The following employers have submitted MBA internships into the Forum, hosted on GradLeaders:  

  • Build-It-Yourself – Business Developer Internship  (applications due in GradLeaders by 3pm on 1/29)
  • Whole Foods – Operational Improvement MBA Internship – Summer 2025 (applications due in GradLeaders by 3pm on 1/29)
  • Whole Foods – Culinary Supply Chain MBA Internship – Summer 2025 (applications due in GradLeaders by 3pm on 1/29
  • Special OlympicsStrategy & Data Analytics Intern (application window now closed)
  • ExxonMobilFinance Intern (application window now closed)
  • Nomura Greentech – Investment Banking Summer Associate Program – San Francisco (application window now closed)

(Please check the event in GradLeaders for the most up-to-date list of employers and roles, and corresponding application deadlines.) 


To participate: 

  1. Create a GradLeaders account using your @yale.edu email address at this link  (navigate to the “1st time user? Create Account” link under the log in boxes) by 9am on Wednesday, January 29
    • Note that account activation is not instant and roles are not visible until your account is approved by the admin team
    • Accounts must be created using your @yale.edu email address
    • Accounts with incomplete profiles and/or without resumes will not be approved
    • Ensure the Work Authorization field in your GradLeaders profile matches your permanent work authorization indication in CMS to expedite approval
  2. Access the 2025 East Coast Virtual Interview Forum event and submit your application to roles of interest by Wednesday, January 29 at 3pm (updated date/time for newly added roles). For this event, employers will review only those applications submitted via GradLeaders. Be sure to complete your application in GradLeaders even if the role is cross-posted in CMS or on the company’s website
  3. Interview decisions will be made in GradLeaders 
  4. If invited to interview, you will self-schedule in GradLeaders and receive additional logistics information directly from the employer
