Spring into just-in-time hiring with CDO support

Recruiting support from the Yale School of Management CDO is available year-round and always at no cost. Check out our Intro to Recruiting guide for more on how to expand your candidate pool by fostering connections with Yale SOM students!

  • Connect with graduating students – leverage their previous work experience enhanced by Yale SOM academics
  • Include Executive MBA students in all just-in-time efforts – the EMBA program is built for working professionals
  • Recruit MBA interns for summer internships, projects, etc. – half of internship offers are made March – May

Yale SOM supports internships in government,
non-profits, small businesses, and start-ups

Yale SOM is proud to have two funds to complement salaries for students in qualifying internships:

  • The Internship Fund provides financial support to students who pursue qualifying social impact MBA summer internships at non-profit organizations
  • The Small Business Internship Fund supports qualifying MBA summer internships in small businesses and start-ups

Employers promote opportunities as usual, including salaries, interview as planned, and extend offers. Then students with offers manage the fund application process*.

*The terms of each fund varies, however, for both funds, students are required to apply, and fund administrators determine internship eligibility and qualifying financial support, if any.
