The 2025-2026 Priority Planning Period (PPP) for recruiting from Yale School of Management is now open, through April 30! Review the information below, designed to make your planning and strategizing easy and effective. Reach out to your Employer Partnerships Manager with any questions about recruiting at Yale SOM in the academic year ahead.
Priority Planning Process
April 1 – 30 | Request engagement & interview dates in 12twenty
May 5 | Date confirmation from CDO begins
Whether recruiting on-campus, at your office, or virtually, please submit all of your plans. There is no “first mover advantage” when submitting requests for the next academic year during the PPP. All requests submitted between April 1 – 30 will be reviewed equally.
The Career Development Office will confirm requests the week of May 5. Moving forward, event and interview requests made after April 30 will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Pro Tips
- Complete the registration form with as much detail as possible. Key fields include:
- Event Name: Attract your target audience with event names that are clear, clever, or creative!
- Target Audience: A free-write field for you to target students by degree, graduation year, experience, desires, etc.
- Event Description: market your event and speakers, and set expectations, through a detailed description
- Event Setup: let us know if you are planning a recruiting engagement (classroom setting), recruiting engagement with catering (classroom setting + catering table), or a recruiting engagement with networking reception (share more details in Notes for CDO on ideal setup). While exact rooms will be reserved in August, having this information early helps us with planning for your needs
- Submit three date choices for any request during the Priority Planning Period. This allows us to navigate potential calendar conflicts while helping you meet your needs and strategy.
- Share important messages in Notes for CDO that will help us calendar your events, such as: national application deadline, final date for a national virtual session, other planned events, event setup preferences, etc.)
4. Look for date confirmations the week of May 5
Once you’ve submitted your requests into 12twenty, leave the next steps to us and watch your inbox for date confirmation during the week of May 5!
