• These virtual events are ideal if you will be hiring in April, whether for summer internships or full-time roles, or expect to be hiring in the near future
• Yale SOM students of all degrees and graduation years, seeking both full-time and summer internship opportunities, are invited

Students are eager to recruit for non-profits, small businesses and start-ups!

• 50+ Yale SOM MBAs interned at such employers summer 2024
• Students expect to recruit in spring – 50% of full-time and 75% of MBA internship offers from such employers occur March – May
• Yale SOM is proud to have two funds to complement salaries for students in qualifying internships:
  • The Internship Fund provides financial support to students who pursue qualifying social impact MBA summer internships at non-profit organizations
  • The Small Business Internship Fund provides supplemental funding for students working in under-resourced qualified start-ups and small businesses
  • Employers promote opportunities as usual, including salaries, interview as planned, and extend offers. Then students with offers manage the fund application process*.

*The terms of each fund varies; however, for both funds, students are required to apply, and fund administrators determine internship eligibility and qualifying financial support, if any.
