- Just getting started? Here are some areas to look at first:
- Log into your Career Management System (CMS) & set up your profile. Note: if you’ve just received your email and netID, it may take up to two weeks for your netID to be added in CMS.
- Log into the Yale SOM Slack Workspace (separate from the Admissions Slack Workspace), add CDO industry Slack channels, and introduce yourself in the #cdo-coaches channel
- Review the MBA Resume Template and CDO Resume Guide. The resume template is required. If you have questions about the template, join one of our Ask Coaches Anything sessions!
- Learn more about the Resume Review Process in this short video.
- One-on-one coaching appointments are open in CMS: we encourage attending a Your CDO Partnership session before making a one-on-one coaching appointment
- July 1 | Watch the recorded CDO Site & Resources session on the CDO website
Week of July 7
- July 8 | Your CDO Partnership session live session, 7:00PM – 8:00PM ET
- This session is required for incoming MBAs. If you already attended the June session, you do not need to attend.
Week of July 14
- July 17 | Ask Coaches Anything live session, 6:00PM – 7:00PM ET
- July 20 | If you have a score of 88+ in Vmock, you can request Network Feedback in Vmock for an early resume review.
- Resumes submitted by July 21 will receive feedback between July 21 – July 25.
- The final resume review period for MBAs over summer will be in August.
Week of July 21
- Focus on preparing your story:
- Review the CDO Your Story Guide
- Watch sample stories from SOM students
- Watch the recorded Telling Your Story session on the CDO website
- Develop your Whys – Why this industry? Why this firm? Why this team? Why this country?
Week of July 28
