Visa sponsorship/ work authorization updates
International hires often enrich corporate cultures and contribute to results. However, we understand that the evolving US immigration landscape may be making this particularly challenging. As circumstances change, please keep Yale SOM informed of your organization’s policies regarding work authorization and sponsoring work visas. Sharing updated information optimizes time spent on recruiting for all by ensuring only those students with qualifying visa status apply or continue in your recruiting process. To share an update, email your Employer Partnerships Manager or Rebecca Stekloff, Sr. Director of Employer Partnerships.
