As we close out the semester and head into the break, I want to take a moment to wish you a wonderful and well-deserved holiday season. This is a great time to reflect on your progress, recharge, and start thinking intentionally about your goals for the Spring.

Some of these may have closed by now, but some may still be available. Schedule time with me if you are unsure about where to be looking. I’m also here to help you think through strategy, timing, and positioning your Spring search based on your background and career goals.
The CDO will be closed beginning the afternoon of December 23rd through January 1st. I am available for coaching appointments throughout the rest of the break. If you don’t see a time that works for you (I know many of you will be traveling in multiple time zones), e-mail me and I will find time for us.
I will be holding an AM-specific open hour on January 26th. I hope many of you will drop by to discuss your Spring recruiting plan, practical experience questions, or simply to say hello and share how your holiday break went.
