Launched Banking Offer Optimization at Yale (BOOYa), offer matching process, for NYC investment banking internships – over 40 students and 11 banks participated in this inaugural year, increasing employer yields and spreading offers among the many talented future bankers at Yale SOM.

Introduced Insights for Employers blog series and monthly Ask…Please! virtual open hours for employers. These continue in 2026 and are featured on our newly refreshed employer website.

Hosted diverse slate of alumni-led career conversations to connect students directly with alumni across industries, geographies, and career stages. These dialogues translate real-world experience into actionable guidance, expanding students’ professional networks, clarifying diverse career pathways, and reinforcing the lifelong value of the Yale SOM alumni community.

Facilitated 75+ career programs combining strengths-based coaching, design thinking, and AI-powered tools to prepare students to succeed in structured, unstructured, and global job searches.

Delivered 3,300+ one-on-one coaching appointments to 1000 unique Yale SOM students and alumni, maintaining a high-touch, individualized approach that meets diverse career goals across industries and functions.

Provided 25+ full days of mock interviews with external career coaches and 50+ hours of peer coaching with 2nd year Career Advisors.

A special thank you to all of the Yale SOM alumni among you. In 2025, we engaged alumni more frequently, and in more ways, than before. In addition to the many CDO-hosted events, two alumni chapters outside the US worked with us to coordinate sessions for students to learn about recruiting, working, and living in their countries. More planned in the next few months!
