All users are encouraged to create their own login. All logins can sync with the same employer, giving equal access and visibility to past and current recruiting events, job postings, interviews and more.
Pro-tip: When you enter your employer’s name during account sign-up, a list of existing employer account names appears. Select your employer name to connect to existing records as any deviation from the existing name will create a new employer file. If you don’t see your employer’s name, continue on to create the employer profile.
Utilize application and interview scheduling resources
In addition to the many free features already listed, 12twenty offers interview scheduling tools to make your recruiting efforts easy and efficient. You can choose to manage interview logistics from your end or have the CDO team manage the details from application through final interview schedule.
