Share roles on your team, other teams at your employer, or those of colleagues/ friends/ and family. To level up the submission and increase hiring success, best if alumni submitters also share background information about the organization, the role, or the hiring process OR you can share contacts so interested candidates can network to learn more.

Tapping into the great variety of interests, experiences, and degrees at Yale SOM, all roles are welcome:

• Summer MBA internship and full-time roles
• Early career, through MBA, to experienced-hire
• All locations
• All industries and business functions

Want to connect even further?

Join – or encourage the hiring manager to join – one of the monthly HireSOM career networking events the CDO hosts. These one-hour events are free for both employers and students. The open hour format makes it easy for employers to connect with current Yale SOM students, answer student questions directly, and build a recruiting brand.

Other options include hosting a dedicated 30 minute Ask-Me-Anything session or sharing information with a CDO Employer Partnership Manager who in turn will share with students and alumni.
