Thank you for participating in the Yale SOM Philanthropy Conference last week!

The Yale School of Management student organizers did an amazing job bringing together industry professionals and students for a day of insights, sharing, and collaboration.

Likely you met many talented SOMers at the conference who would be great additions to your team. I lead Employer Partnerships in the Yale SOM Career Development Office, and share below ways we can work together to meet your recruiting needs:

  • Let’s chat! Schedule a 20-30 minute call to share more about your organization, hiring needs and processes. Then I will advise on efficient and effective ways to find the talent you seek among Yale SOM students and alumni. If you prefer, join a monthly Ask…Please! virtual Q&A session I host on recruiting.
  • Create a free employer account in 12twenty, our career management system. Many free benefits include posting roles, registering for CDO-organized networking events, 24/7 access to student resumes, and notices of upcoming recruiting events
  • Email a role directly to me, and I will take it from there. The CDO will share the roles with targeted students and share resume books with you.
  • Check out our website for employers that includes information on all the degrees we offer, how to connect with students, insights and news from our office, and upcoming events for employers.

The Yale SOM CDO is here to support your recruiting needs, and we look forward to working with you. Please reach out to get started!

All the best,
