Your organization’s Employer Partnerships Manager (EPM) is rolling up their sleeves and implementing every outreach process the Career Development Office has to offer. Our student communications plan ensures students are aware of your organization, available positions, and upcoming events across several mediums. There are many ways we can get the word out, and they are consistently implemented to reach a maximum audience.
Employer notes within 12Twenty
Employer Partnership Managers (EPMs) post recruiting overviews, application FAQs, and even direct links to open positions through your employer profile in 12Twenty. Each post is accessible to our students and included on a live feed, so students can get the most up-to-date information on employers seeking SOM talent.
Filtered email promotion to students
Employer Partnership Managers (EPMs) identify potential applicants of interest by using a number of filters tied to students’ profiles in 12Twenty. These filters can include years of prior work experience, industry backgrounds, functional interest, and more. These potential applicants of interest are notified of your interest in engagement, clarified on its relevance to their interests, and offered actionable next steps.
Leveraging student club connections
Employer Partnership Managers (EPMs) routinely liaise with leaders of professional student clubs for the purposes of partnership, collaboration, and the sharing of information. Information regarding your listing in 12Twenty or your event is passed along to student leadership of relevant clubs for distribution among their membership.
These methods of customized promotion offer the assurance that you’ll reach your target population every time. Have questions or want to learn more? Reach out to your Employer Partnerships Manager!
