Real Estate is “property consisting of land and the buildings on it, along with its natural resources; an interest vested in this; an item of real property; more generally buildings or housing in general.”
Real Estate covers many aspects such as development, leasing, appraisal, marketing, and management of commercial, residential, agricultural, and industrial properties, as well as financial, raising capital from investors (REPE) and managing, sourcing or assessing debt investments within Investment Banks.
Career opportunities exist in Development, Brokerage, Equity and Fixed Income Research, Project Finance, Public Finance, and Real Estate Finance.
