By actively participating in a two-part workshop, with group work and experiential interactions, you will be introduced to key elements of leadership development, design thinking, and gain a clearer understanding on how to take control and navigate your career.

Key deliverables include: drafting your leadership statement and visualizing career paths using design thinking.
