The Summer 2026 MBA Internship will be structured around one or more consulting-like projects that drive impact, with active mentorship, direct coaching, and very frequent interactions with the CEO and the Executive Team.  To the greatest degree possible, the specific project will be tailored to the intern’s interests and experience and could span: growth and competitive strategy for an existing or new business line; operations strategy to improve service and cost; or digital strategy in order to drive volume growth.

The MBA Intern is a paid temporary employee position with an expected duration of 10-14 weeks in Seattle.
