This dynamic event connects employers with active hiring needs with Yale SOM and Yale School of Public Health students of all masters degrees and graduation years. Employers from all health-related industries and/or with health-related roles are invited to join!  Whether your organization is an advocacy, a consultancy, an investor, a manufacturer, a provider, or a start-up, this is the event to find great graduate talent.

No panels, presentations, or swag – each employer will be provided a designated virtual space to conduct one-on-one or small group discussions with students who visit the employer’s virtual “booth”.

Event schedule:

11:15-11:25am: Employers log into the event, test connection & sound, move to assigned breakout room
11:30am: Students join event and networking begins
11:30am-1:00pm: Networking (Students will move from room to room, while Employers remain stationary in their breakout room)

Employer Next steps:

  1. Complete your 12twenty registration in full to market your participation to students
  2. We recommend 1-2 representatives join per participating employer.  Please add the names and contact information for all attending representatives to your 12twenty registration to ensure they receive pre and post-event communications
  3. Submit job description(s) for active hiring needs to 12twenty as soon as they are available

Yale School of Management and Yale School of Public Health students across all degree programs are invited to attend.

Seeking full-time roles that begin after May 2027 graduation:

  • Second-year MBA students
  • Master of Advanced Management students: MAM students already have an MBA from a partner international business school, and are completing an additional one-year degree at Yale SOM
  • Master of Management Studies – Global Business and Society students: MMS-GBS students are early career (less than three years’ experience), have a Master’s in Management from a partner international business school, and are completing a second one-year master’s degree at Yale SOM
  • Master’s in Public Health (MPH) – students in the Healthcare Management (HCM) track divide classes between management and public health. Others have tracks in health policy, environmental health, infectious disease, and biostatistics.
  • Executive MPH – practitioners (usually clinicians) in mid-career

Seeking full-time roles that may begin immediately:

  • MBA for Executive students (EMBA): Some EMBA students will graduate in May 2027, while others will graduate in May 2028; some may be available to begin prior to graduation

Seeking summer 2027 internships:

  • First-year MBA students
  • First-year YSPH and Healthcare Management students
