Our client is hiring Consultants and Managers (with an R&D focus) in Life Sciences to join the US Team. Responsibilities will be determined by the level of the candidate’s after application screening and interview process.
Consultants will plan and conduct analyses of market trends and client issues, organize findings, and formulate recommendations; build compelling presentations conveying key messages in a clear way; present recommendations with poise and confidence to senior client audiences; assist other members of the team to ensure assignment success. In addition to client responsibilities, contributing to the development of the organization’s U.S consulting operations by supporting activities such as recruiting and intellectual capital development will be expected. Salary ranges: C1-$142,000 15%; C2-$160,000 15%; C3-$175,000 15%.
Managers will lead a project team through an efficient and effective problem-solving process; ensure recommendations are correct, practical, sensible, relevant and cohesive; exhibit thought leadership at the strategic level and command of all the technical and operational details of execution; demonstrated experience of interacting with senior clients; and possess great communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships. Salary ranges: M1-$185,000 20%; M2-$200,000 20%; M3-$220,000 20%.
As a future Life Sciences Consultant, successful candidates will have a minimum of 4+ years of strategy consulting experience. In addition, successful candidates will not be too technical or too strategy focused, but will be balanced in both areas. Other skills/experience will include working on strategy projects and having good strategy consulting skills, coupled with industry experience (i.e., trained Pharmacist, Healthcare, Life Sciences). Experience in product development up to launch is highly preferred. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required or OPT STEM. An MBA is expected. Living in proximity to the Boston-MA, San Francisco-CA or New York-NY office is required.
