The Omnichannel Strategy & Analytics Director will work with the leaders of the Retail Team and Enterprise Team as they develop and implement initiatives that will each have a profound impact on the future direction and performance of the organization. Primary responsibilities will include leading high performance teams to deliver on the consumer omnichannel goals and vision; applying customer mindset to drive adoption and accelerate growth in defining and rolling out new concepts; performing and leading quantitative analysis to scope and plan financial and quantitative analyses; and using critical communication skills and business reporting, both verbally and on paper, at the most senior levels of the organization.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in either management consulting or retail/CPG, with strong preference towards management consulting from a top tier firm. Specific experience in retail category management, CPG, vendor management or sourcing is a strong plus. Additional skills/experience will include excellence in managing, developing, and leading a team; outstanding analytical and problem solving skills; ability to present to senior management with poise and credibility; ability to communicate effectively and succinctly, both verbally and in writing, using Microsoft PowerPoint; ability to develop effective working relationships; an open and honest communication style that quickly builds trust and respect; a creative, out-of-the-box thinker who is intellectually curious with a demonstrated interest in learning; and a self-motivated, entrepreneurial, high-energy individual who can easily function in a high demand, performance-driven environment. While a four-year college degree or equivalent experience is required, an MBA is strongly preferred. A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and/or another quantitative analytical degree is a plus. The location for the position is flexible and can be performed remotely.
