đź“‹ Role Description:
Halluminate is looking to hire part-time Financial Services Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with experience in traditional finance roles (investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, corporate strategy, consulting) to help design AI training gyms and test frontier AI performance.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Helping the team identify and prioritize roadmap based on real world IB/PE experience
- Creating “training materials” for AI systems (ex. modeling exercises, powerpoints, etc.)
- Designing “problems” to test state of the art AI agents
- Working with frontier engineering/research teams to implement and evaluate AI systems on real world financial services work
Necessary Skills Include:
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional ability in core finance workflows across powerpoint and Excel
- Organization and ability to own deadlines
- Willingness to learn technical concepts in machine learning, AI, data, and engineering
