Love All Tennis is a fast-growing, retro-chic tennis apparel brand that combines vintage style with modern performance. As a start-up, we are scaling our wholesale, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer channels and are looking for a dynamic sales leader to drive revenue, build retail partnerships, and oversee key accounts.
This is a hybrid role based in NYC, with flexibility to work remotely. However, regular visits to our manufacturers, warehouse, and retail partners in the city will be required. The ideal candidate has experience in wholesale sales, apparel manufacturing, and brand growth strategies.
The Role:
As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue across wholesale, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels. You will work closely with the founder, Kate Davis, to develop and execute a sales strategy that expands the brand’s presence in boutiques, department stores, and tennis clubs while ensuring seamless coordination with manufacturing and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Wholesale Sales & Business Development – Identify, pitch, and manage relationships with boutiques, pro shops, tennis clubs, and department stores.
• Account Management – Oversee key retail and wholesale accounts, ensuring strong relationships and successful sell-through.
• Apparel Manufacturing Coordination – Work closely with NYC-based manufacturers to track production timelines, manage orders, and ensure product availability.
• Inventory & Fulfillment Oversight – Collaborate with the NYC warehouse team to optimize stock levels and order fulfillment.
• Retail & E-Commerce Sales Strategy – Develop and implement strategies to grow direct-to-consumer sales through Love All Tennis’s online store.
• Brand Partnerships & Events – Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and trunk shows to increase brand awareness and expand partnerships.
• Sales Analytics & Reporting – Monitor sales performance, track inventory levels, and identify growth opportunities.
Who You Are:
• Experienced in wholesale sales, preferably in apparel or activewear.
• Knowledgeable in apparel manufacturing and supply chain logistics.
• Entrepreneurial and proactive, excited to work in a fast-growing start-up.
• Excellent at building relationships with retailers, vendors, and customers.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple accounts and projects.
• Comfortable working remotely while being on the move in NYC when necessary.
