Employers may post full-time roles at no cost, and all full-time positions are automatically visible to alumni.

Tip 2: Build your employer brand with alumni
Alumni appreciate learning what makes an organization a compelling place to work—and we can help share this information.
Employers are encouraged to connect with their Employer Partnership Manager (EPM) to share insights about company culture, team structure, growth opportunities, and more. EPMs amplify this info through alumni-facing channels and targeted outreach to recent graduates
Periodically, additional opportunities may be available through the Yale SOM Alumni Newsletter, SOM Connect (internal virtual alumni connection hub), and private Yale SOM alumni LinkedIn groups.
Tip 3: Make it easy for alumni to connect with you
EPMs can share contact information for hiring managers and recruiters with alumni to encourage informational conversations and direct outreach. Personal connections often play a meaningful role in engaging experienced professionals. Let your EPM know if you would like your contact details shared directly with alumni.
