Career Advisors

Ari Amitai is a second-year MBA student at Yale School of Management and a Career Advisor in the Career Development Office. He is a Summer Consultant with BCG in the Austin office. Before SOM, he worked as a product manager at Microsoft and served as a commander in the military. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science. At SOM, Ari is involved with the Consulting Club and supports international students through peer mentorship.

Andrew Erbs is a Career Advisor in the Career Development Office. Andrew holds two Bachelors degrees in Computer Engineering and Philosophy from Penn State. Before SOM, Andrew spent eight years as a Naval Surface Warfare Officer, driving and fighting warships from a variety of leadership positions in the United States Navy. Andrew spent the summer as a Senior Technical Product Management intern at Amazon in Seattle.

My name is Maria Fernanda Heredia, and I am currently a second-year student at Yale SOM. I currently hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College, with a major in Chemistry and a minor in Art. Before SOM, I was an analytical chemist at Pfizer for several years, working to bring treatments to patients. I am currently interning at Morgan Stanley in their NY Summer Associate Program.

Annika Hsu is a second-year MBA student at the Yale School of Management. Prior to SOM, she worked as an engineer at Boston Scientific in the Endoscopy division, where she focused on new product development, quality assurance, and sustaining engineering. At Yale, she serves as a Career Advisor and is Co-President of Women in Management. This past summer, Annika was a Summer Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in their New York office. She holds a B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University.

Jordan Lee-Kook is a Career Advisor in the Career Development Office at Yale SOM. Prior to joining Yale, he served as a Submarine Officer in the U.S. Navy, where he specialized in nuclear engineering management. He earned his B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. In the summer of 2025, Jordan worked as a Summer Consultant at Investor Group Services in Boston, advising private equity firms and management teams.

Emily Nagler is a second-year MBA student at the Yale School of Management. She is interning this summer with Deloitte’s human capital consulting practice in NYC. Prior to Yale, she worked in development and communications at a local women’s rights NGO in Guatemala and in principal gifts fundraising at the International Rescue Committee, a global humanitarian organization. At SOM, Emily is a Career Advisor, Nonprofit Board Fellow, and co-lead for Social Impact Lab. In her first year, she was on the Yale Philanthropy Conference planning committee and the Meng Impact Investment Fund. Emily holds a BA in Public Policy and Global Health from Duke University.

Caroline Petro is a second-year MBA student and Career Advisor in the Career Development Office. Before SOM, she held roles in nonprofit programming, community outreach, and development, most recently at a regional food bank in Sacramento, California. She earned her B.A. in History at Dartmouth College. Caroline spent her summer internship in social impact consulting at Redstone Strategy Group.

Drew Richard is a Career Advisor and current 2nd year MBA student at the Yale School of Management. Prior to Yale SOM, Drew spent 5 years with DuPont in their Early Career Engineering Rotational Program, holding roles in manufacturing, consulting, and corporate safety. Between his first and second years at SOM he interned with Thermo Fisher Scientific in a business strategy role as part of their General Management Leadership Program. Drew graduated from Virginia Tech in 2019 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

Danielle Steifman Livni is a second-year MBA candidate at Yale School of Management. Prior to SOM, she worked as a corporate lawyer in Israel, advising international public and private companies—primarily on M&A transactions, incorporating and advising startups, and working on general corporate matters. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Tel Aviv University.

This summer, Danielle interned as a Corporate Strategy Intern at MHS Venture Management Corporation, where she contributed to strategic growth initiatives and helped drive business development efforts.

Rebekah Wellons is a second-year MBA student at the Yale School of Management. Before SOM, she began her career in New York City with a Broadway production company before transitioning to the nonprofit sector. There, she focused on fundraising, communications, and operations at Comprehensive Youth Development, a nonprofit focused on equity in education and youth development. At Yale, she serves as a Career Advisor, President of Net Impact, Student Government Health and Wellness Chair, and a leader of the Consulting Club. This past summer, Rebekah was a Summer Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in their Washington, D.C. office. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Duke University.

Laura Zhang is a Career Advisor in the Career Development Office. Prior to SOM, Laura was a product manager at an HR tech startup. Over the summer, Laura interned at Boston Consulting Group in their Brooklyn office. Laura holds a B.A. in Cognitive Science from Pomona College.
