The 2024-2025 Priority Planning Period (PPP) for recruiting from Yale School of Management is now open! Below is information designed to make your planning and strategizing easy and effective.

Priority Planning Process
April 2 – 26 | Request engagement & interview dates in 12twenty
May 6 | Date confirmation from CDO begins
Whether recruiting on-campus, at your office, or virtually, please submit all of your plans. There is no “first mover advantage” when submitting requests for the next academic year during the PPP. All requests submitted between April 2 – 26 will be reviewed equally.
The Career Development Office will communicate scheduling confirmations starting May 6. Moving forward, event and interview requests made after the close of the April 26 PPP will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Four I’s of Recruiting at Yale SOM
Based on feedback from students, recruiters and our career service experience, there are Four I’s to a successful recruiting strategy: Inclusive, Informative, Interactive and Interpersonal.
