Current Students: Reserving Rooms for Recruiting

The Interview Suite in Evans Hall is a space specifically set aside for recruiting use, and Interview Rooms are bookable by current students for individual recruiting needs when not in use for on campus recruiting.

  • To use Interview Rooms, students should make a room reservation, either through EMS: or on the pads outside of Interview Rooms.
    • Due to a high volume of Interview Suite usage during busy seasons, the following policies are in place:
      • Even if reserved ahead of time, the reservation must be checked in on the pad outside of the room. If you do not check in your reservation, the room reservation will auto-release, and other students will be able to book the room.
      • Reservations will begin to be available 7 days prior to date.
      • There are limitations on reservation lengths.
      • If a room is reserved but no one appears to be occupying the room, see the CDO front desk before using the space.
  • If you have an upcoming individual interview and have searched EMS but are unable to find a space, you can email with a request for assistance, and we will do everything in our power to find a room for you. Please include:
    • Your name
    • The company you are interviewing with
    • The interview date
    • The time you plan to arrive for the interview* and the interview end time
*Because Interview Rooms require check-in within 10 minutes of the reservation start time, please keep this in mind when you request times to make sure you don’t miss check-in.
    • A confirmation that you have already checked webEMS for availability

If you have questions about Interview Suite usage, please email
