• Take advantage of CDO Resources to help with interview prep
• Review the Offer & Negotiation Guide
• Keep in touch with a Career Coach to talk through negotiations and choices
• When you’re ready to accept your offer, do so and decline any outstanding offers or interviews you have – make room for your classmates! 
• Report all of your offers in CMS! 
  • Reporting your accepted offer populates the Who’s Going Where document to see where your classmates are heading. As soon as enough students report, we can start sharing this year’s version
  • All offer details (received and accepted) are kept strictly confidential and only used in aggregate
  • An accepted offer removes you from resume books, ensuring your employer doesn’t receive your resume if they’re continuing to hire/network for future hiring; it also lets them focus efforts on your classmates still seeking employment (for internships or full time)

• Talk to 2Y MBAs who went through the same process
  • Quick tip: Search for 2Y MBAs with similar Interests and Career Interests in the CampusGroups directory
• Connect with a Career Coach to get feedback and check in on your strategy and plan going forward
• Research offer timelines 
• Explore upcoming professional club events 
• Find like-minded peers to create a job search group for accountability and to share resources
• Check CMS regularly (events and job postings)
• Update your profile in CMS – let employers find you based on your desired industries, functions and geographies, which may have changed
• Review and update your ‘Target Employers’ in CMS. Our Employer Partnerships Team uses this to inform their outreach
• Network, Network, Network!
