The Manager, Corporate Strategy & Development reports directly to the Sr. Director within the Corporate Strategy and Business Development area. This area develops, articulates and stewards the organization’s long-range strategic plans; identifies, evaluates, executes and manages organic growth opportunities across all brands, regions and channels; brings to light key insights and analyses about consumer, competition, category, and regional trends for the global leadership team and Board of Directors; and identifies, assesses, and executes on external investment (M&A) opportunities that fit with the overall enterprise portfolio strategy. The Manager will be responsible for providing support for enterprise strategic planning; strategic initiatives project management; monthly and quarterly market and competitive insights; and business case and scenario modeling.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience to include preferred domains of corporate/business strategy; management consulting; investment banking; business analysis/project-driven roles across analytics; and finance or marketing. Other skills/experience will include highly organized with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities and keep the team on track; a great thinker who combines analytical and creative skillsets to solve complex problems; possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills; highly collaborative; and enjoys helping others succeed and enjoys sharing the success of the team. While a Bachelor’s Degree is required, an MBA is highly preferred. The position is in Southern California.
