The P&C Insurance Partners will have primary responsibility for overseeing and growing significant profitable client relationships within the Insurance Industry as it pertains to property and casualty insurance. Responsibilities will include providing strategic actuarial consulting services involving most property and casualty lines of insurance. Clients can include investors, brokerage firms, corporations with self-funded insurance programs, insurance companies, reinsurance companies, and government organizations.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 10+ years of senior level strategic consulting and management experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance environment. Successful candidates will be recognized as industry experts and will have in-depth knowledge of industry related topics pertaining to actuarial and risk sciences, particularly in the areas of property and casualty. In addition, successful candidates must be comfortable managing executive level client relationships; must be proficient in empowering a strong team and creating a positive corporate culture; and must be experts in corporate strategy, growth, services leadership and organizational development, market analysis and corporate development assessments. Other skills/experience will include strong communication skills and the ability to prepare and deliver presentation to management and clients at all levels. An MBA is expected, as well as any associated certifications or advanced degrees. Locations for the positions are open.
